Privacy Policy

USPermitTest.com does not require an account and does not ask for your name, email address, payment information, or precise location to use a practice test.

Information stored on your device

Your browser may store accessibility settings and your most recently visited state in local storage. These preferences stay in your browser and can be removed by clearing site data. We do not use them to identify you.

Privacy-focused analytics

We use Umami Cloud to understand aggregate page visits and actions such as selecting a state, choosing a language, starting or completing a test, and opening an official handbook. We do not send answer text, names, email addresses, or a custom user ID. Umami states that its tracker uses no cookies, does not track people across websites, and does not collect personal data. Read Umami’s privacy documentation.

Hosting and technical records

The site is hosted on Netlify. Like most hosting providers, Netlify may process ordinary request information needed to deliver and secure the site, such as IP address, browser information, requested URL, and timestamps, under its own policies.

External websites

Official handbooks, IndianaPermitTest.com, Hlad Digital, and other outbound links have their own privacy practices. A link does not make USPermitTest.com responsible for another site's content or data handling.

Changes and questions

We may revise this policy when the site or its services change. The current version is effective August 14, 2026. Privacy questions can be sent through Hlad Digital. Contact Hlad Digital.
